Outpatient (OP) Meal Support for Eating Disorder Treatment
Take a step toward healing your relationship with food.
At Northern Nutrition Group, we provide a supportive environment where you can work on eating confidently and intuitively.
Bring your meal and yourself—we’ll take care of the rest.
Our meal support groups serve as a transitional step for those transitioning from a higher level of care (HLOC) to eating in everyday life or for individuals seeking structured guidance in their recovery journey. These outpatient group sessions focus on helping you build independence, trust your hunger and fullness cues, and explore your personal food preferences—all in a safe, judgment-free space with expert support.
Meal support groups empower you to make meaningful progress in your recovery. They provide tools to transition from structured meal plans or bring structure to what may feel like a chaotic or daunting task, guiding you toward intuitive eating. You’ll also build confidence in navigating everyday eating situations and connect with others on similar journeys, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.
With accountability and personalized guidance from a licensed dietitian, these groups support you in achieving your goals. More importantly, they help you rediscover food as a source of nourishment and enjoyment, rather than stress or anxiety.
