Support & Education Groups

Receive Support and Build Community in a Group Setting

Build a community around you to help you reach your goals

Bring your meal and yourself. We provide the rest.

Meal support groups with Northern Nutrition Group are not intended to take the place of a higher level of treatment care. Out-patient meal support groups are a stepping stone towards learning and building confidence in eating in your everyday life. We will work on moving away from meal plans and towards feeling comfortable with following your cravings, hunger and fullness. It’s a place to receive support and guidance from a nutrition expert, find connection with others going through the same thing with a touch of accountability. A place to learn new perspectives about food, eat with no judgements and find your individual food preferences, getting to a place where food is no longer a “thing.”
